A Healing Encounter That Changed Everything

Jay and I met Christine and Craig at the 2021 “Healing is Here” conference held at Charis Bible College in Woodland Park. Christine, who we did not know at this time, sat next to Jay during the evening session. The joy of the Lord was so contagious as she worshipped that it immediately caught our attention. When the worship ended and we sat back in our seats, Christine shared that she had heard a Word from the Lord and asked if she could hold Jays left hand. Jay had been diagnosed with a crippling disorder (Dupuytren’s Contracture) that caused his pinky finger to curl up towards the palm of his hand. While holding his hand she received several words of knowledge about Jay’s personal struggles with his personality causing him to feel like Gideon, and therefore feeling inadequate to fulfill the call on his life to missions. Through a series of events, the crippling spirit was identified, the love of God poured out upon him and his hand began to manifest his healing. More Words of knowledge were spoken by Craig and Christine for Jay. They encouraged him to receive the Baptism of the Holy Spirit, so that he could ward off the attacks of the enemy and build himself up in his most Holy Faith. She commanded his right hand to stop shaking so that it could hold fast to the Word of God and as he declared truth, he would begin to see himself as the Mighty Man of Valore God has created him to be. The next morning Jay woke up with a completed restored left hand. He then reactivated the baptism of the Holy Spirit during Audrey Macs workshop.

Jay had just retired 1 month earlier and had heart surgery immediately for A-fib. He was just 1 month post-op when we met you! In my humble opinion, his finger wasn’t the only thing healed!! We were so amazed at his healing that I signed up for Charis!! I had ZERO intentions to go back to school!!!!! It was all Holy Ghost 😍✝️🙌🙌🙌🕊🙏🙏🙏

We are grateful for the encounter with Craig and Christine that night. We have developed a friendship with them that has been fruitful and filled with blessings as they continue to pour out the love of God with each time of fellowship.
